International Shipping Method
International orders are shipped via FEDEX International Priority on Monday and Tuesday. The transit time generally ranges from 2-5 days. We can also ship collect via your preferred carriers by using your account number.

International Methods of Payment
We accept VISA, Mastercard, Discover, American Express, and Wire Transfers.

When will my credit card be charged for an order?
Mediomics does not charge your credit card until your order ships.

Taxes and Duties
Our prices do not include tariffs, and we do not collect taxes for shipments to destinations outside of the United States. You may be required to pay these fees to the courier upon delivery. For Example, Canadian customers will be assessed the 7% GST (Good and Services Tax) and/or the appropriate PST (Provincial Sales Tax) or HST (Harmonized Sales Tax) upon delivery. Please consult your local customs office for more information. Please note that the duties and taxes can be charged directly to your FedEx account. The amount of prepaid duties and taxes can be assessed by FedEx online program.
