TERMS AND CONDITIONS OF SALES

Shipping

Mediomics will process your order by phone, by fax or by e-mail between the hours of 8:00 AM and 5:00 PM Central Standard Time (CST). As a general rule, all orders received before 4:00PM CST will be shipped on the same day and all orders received after 4:00PM CST will be shipped the following business day.

Products are shipped F.O.B. St. Louis, Missouri. Domestic shipping charges are pre-paid and added to the billing invoice. ADDITIONAL CHARGES WILL BE ADDED TO THE INVOICE AS NECESSARY TO COVER THE COST OF INTERNATIONAL SHIPMENTS. Unless otherwise requested, orders are shipped by FEDEX (Federal Express) Overnight Monday through Thursday. Please indicate if you have any additional shipping-related requirements. Additional charges may apply.

Normally all orders will be shipped in a single shipment. If this is not possible, a partial order will be sent. If a partial order is not acceptable, please indicate this fact when placing your order.

How to Establish Credit Terms

Fill out a Mediomics’ New Account Application form. Mediomics offers Net 30-days terms.

Company Purchase Order / Credit Card Information

Mediomics products may be purchased using either a pre-approved purchase order number or a personal or employer credit card. Personal information and authorization to obtain information from various credit services may be required. For example, you may be requested to provide the following types of information:

Your name and the name of the Institution where you work
Complete name and address of the Institution where you work
Your e-mail address
A pre-Approved Purchase Order Number from your Institution and/or a Credit Card Number, expiration date, and cardholder’s name.
Business telephone number

Unless instructed otherwise by you in writing, Mediomics may use the information supplied to notify you of any Mediomics products and/or services that the company believes may be of interest to you. This may include such things as information relating to Mediomics business activities, research, and notifications regarding substantive changes to our website, special product offers, and, new product availability. You may notify us at any time to remove you from the mailing list in the event that you prefer not to receive such correspondence. To do this, merely send your instructions to us at our e-mail address: info@mediomics.com or send us a fax at 1-314-997-2422.

Taxes and Fees

Any use tax, sales tax, exercise tax, duty, custom, inspection or testing fee, or any other tax, fee or charge of any nature whatsoever imposed by any governmental authority, on or measured by the transaction between Mediomics (the supplier) and you (the purchaser) is payable by the purchaser. Mediomics shall be paid the aforementioned amounts by the purchaser in addition to the actual product and shipping prices quoted or invoiced. In the event Mediomics is required to pay any such tax, fee or charge, the purchaser shall reimburse Mediomics for all such payments; or, in lieu of such payment, the purchaser shall provide to Mediomics at the time the order is submitted an exemption certificate or other document which is deemed to be acceptable by the authority imposing the tax, fee, or charge.

Terms of Payment

Payment is due net 30-days from the date of shipment. A 2.0% service charge per month will be added to the outstanding balance on all accounts that are in arrears for more than 30-days.

Changes and Cancellations

Orders may be cancelled at no charge to the purchaser provided that Mediomics receives signed written notice of cancellation by fax at 1-314-997-2422 from the purchaser prior to shipment of the order. Cancellation of a purchase order made after the order has been shipped is subject to a 20% restocking fee. Additions made to an order after that order has been processed and shipped by Mediomics will be treated as a new order subject to all applicable product, freight and ice charges.

Product Returns

Please call Mediomics before returning any product for refund, credit, or replacement. NO return will be accepted without proper pre-authorization provided by the company. To return damaged or incomplete products, please contact 1-314-971-3028 or customerservice@mediomics.com, immediately in order to obtain a Return Authorization Number and instructions for returning the goods. We reserve the right to inspect and approve the returned product prior to issuing a return credit. The product must be returned in its original, intact condition. To ensure that you receive a credit you must include with each product return all of the following information:

Your name, address, and purchase order number/credit card number
Mediomics shipping order number, date of invoice and catalog number(s)
Mediomics Return Authorization Number and reason for product return.

There will be a 25% processing fee charged by Mediomics to the customer based on the retail cost of all goods returned by the customer to Mediomics due to customer error.
